My concern is that it Flux grenades already one shot Caldari suits because of the pretty massive range and the damage fall off still wrecks shields. Making them also knock out Cloaks removes any chance a Caldari and to a lesser extent Minmatar Scout of fighting back.

Smaller explosion radius and less damage so the drop off is more severe for being farther away from it. Seems like no matter where I am in the Flux explosion radius that it strips out all or nearly all Shields.

How does a non-damaging grenade "one shot" anyone? I truly do not understand. I would still have to wait (ableit a small amount of time, for my main weapon to reappear and) then target and shoot the now uncloacked individual.
I agree with DeadlyAztec11. When you have 44 Armor after getting hit with a Flux, you are essentially "one shot" if not literally dead. This change would just give more to Armor stack, especially as Amarr and Gallente while hurting Caldari and Minmatar more, as well as people who "are doing Scout right" in their minds with E-War mods.
Scouts and the Cloak are probably a concern but a change should hit all members equally rather than hurting certain ones more.

The lowest base armor is 70. No, it's not alot. Unfortunately life is not fair, I don't know if it's possible to "...hit all members equally...". Every change helps some and hurts others. It's a balancing act, how do I change x and affect y as little as possible or as much as possible. My suggestion about cloaks will have virtually no effect on Commando's or Sentinel's or Heavy's does that mean we can't change anything about Scout's? Thanks for reading this. Bah, meant 77. Damn my inability to re-read my posts!
"Hitting all members equally" was about the specific change in regards to how it would affect Scouts. It is a bit of red herring to say "can we not change this because it doesn't affect X, Y, and Z?" Think of it like this:
"The HMG is too powerful so we are going to make it so that when you have the HMG out, your Armor takes more damage." Doesn't hurt Caldari and Minmatar so much but the Gallente and Amarr get really hurt by that change. Even if the reason behind the change is truel, having a change that hurts a specific subsection of the group more than it hurts others within that group (Sentinels) is kind of unfair. To a lesser extent, that is how I see the change of "Have Flux wipe out Cloak as well as Shields."
Amarr without Shield and Cloak? Fairly okay. Gallente without Shield and Cloak? Fairly okay. Minmatar without Shield and Cloak? Hurting pretty bad. Caldari without Shield and Cloak? Very, very near death.
